The Youth Leadership Training Program is a unique, three-way partnership between Northwest Baptist Seminary, The Youth Commission of the BC Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches and the individual Local Churches and is a specially crafted program designed to assist gifted young leaders prepare themselves for God’s calling in their lives. Academic Prerequisites:
Students desiring to enter this program must have two years (60 credit hours) of formal post-secondary education or its equivalent (as evaluated by Northwest Baptist Seminary).

Year one: Certificate in Youth Ministry (30 semester hours) Years two and three: Master of Arts in Christian Studies (52 semester hours)
