To serve as a mentor in the Youth Pastor Training Program a Youth Pastor must:
- Be Sonlife Advance II trained
- Present to the Youth Commission their ministry model, including 6 completed KRA’s, and a one page Description of a Discipled Person.
- Have served a minimum of 3 years in youth ministry.
- Have their present ministry evaluated by at least two people approved by the Youth Commission.
Once these steps have been taken, the FEBBC/Y Youth Commission will make the final call as to the qualification status of the potential mentor.
Any exceptions to these guidelines must be approved by a vote of the Youth Commission.
