General Information:

If you are looking for transcripts for either Northwest Baptist College or Okanagan Bible College this is where to start.

  • Student records are confidential and any release of information must be based on written consent of the student. Transcripts will only be released based on a written, signed request. Email requests or telephone requests or any other verbal requests will not be accepted.
  • Transcripts cost $5.00 each and are usually processed in 3 to 5 days. Should a person need a transcript immediately there is an additional $20.00 handling charge.

Northwest Baptist College

Northwest Baptist College officially closed as of April 30, 2000. However all the student records are archived by Northwest Baptist Seminary. To obtain transcripts open the Transcript Request Form, fill it out and send it to the registrar at the address above.

Okanagan Bible College

Okanagan Bible College closed in 1994. Northwest Baptist Seminary is the repository for all of its records. To obtain transcripts open the Transcript Request Form, fill it out and send it to the registrar at the address above.
